This is one of the ‘mellow’ arrangements in the series. There is a tag of just the chorus of “O Come Let Us Adore Him” at the end of this arrangement that really creates a wonderful worship moment. It doesn’t matter what style of service you are in, you can always sing “We’ve come to adore You. We’ve come to adore You. We’ve come to adore You…Christ the Lord.”

This arrangement never builds too big, so it would be perfect during offertory or one of those more contemplative times during the service.

If the pastor is looking for an introspective time to set-up his message (he wants to come into the sermon in a ‘down’ sort of way for whatever reason, this would be a great way to do just that.

This arrangement is in the key of D

Instrumentation Descriptions:

Guitars:
Acoustic and Electric Guitar are both straight ahead strumming with some pickin’ on this tune. This will be a pretty easy tune for the guitar players to pick-up on.

Piano/Keys:
This track has both piano and B-3 on it. There is a written out piano part along with the B-3 solo on it. The keyboard player should play B-3 and just sort of pad along off of the rhythm track. If you don’t have a piano and a keyboard player, just have them play acoustic piano on this one and it will be great.

Drums:
This is a simple worship ballad for the drummer. He can play the whole song on brushes. There is an opportunity for some nice ‘brush work’ near the end of the song (O Come Let Us Adore Him).

Bass:
This is one of the simple songs for bass. There are not a lot of ‘busy’ notes in this one and even beginning bass players will be able to play this arrangement. A written out bass part with chords is provided (‘could’ use synth bass if you don’t have a live one).

Horn Section:
This is one of the ‘mellow’ arrangements for the horn section. This song features the first trombone player on a very melodic solo (all written out) of the melody. It is easy to play but will sound great! On a day where there are tons of big songs for the horns, this would be a great feature as it’s not too taxing for them. Tell them that is why you picked this song that day and they will absolutely love that you understand them.

Instrumentation is:
2 trumpets, alto sax, tenor sax, 2 trombones and rhythm section. A written out piano part AND bass part are provided with this arrangement. For copyright reasons, this arrangement can only be shipped (no download/email).

In this series, there is a congregational version for every arrangement included as well (lead vocal line will tell you how to lead the congregation). Use the instrumental feature version as an opener to the service and then use the congregational version during the worship service. That is the great thing about this series of arrangements: An instrumental AND a congregational version of every arrangement for just the price of the instrumental version!

All arrangements are $40 each, which includes the Full Instrumental Feature version AND the Congregational Version.
