This is one of the ‘big’ arrangements in the series. The violins will want to practice the section in the middle where it sounds like some child is flying in the air riding a bike with some space creature who likes to eat small candy coated chocolates riding with him.  (I’m just sayin’, there’s a similar feel here). This is a LOT of fun. Chimes, Bells, Bass Drum and Gong are included on the percussion part to add even more heights for the boy on the bike. To be clear, I’m not copying John Williams here. I’ve just created a feel that is similar. It’s the orchestration technique we use in film scoring for flying type sequences.

This arrangement may be played by a string quintet or ensemble.

Instrumentation: Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola, Cello, Bass, 2 Stave Percussion, Timpani and multiple string synth parts.

The 4 String Synth Parts included are:

Violin 2/Viola, Viola/Cello, Cello/Bass and Viola/Bass
