Description

Bo Diddley. Straight Up! I was in 7th grade and just started playing trumpet. Our family went over to New Orleans and I heard a big band play in Jackson Square. I was hooked. This is fun and funky and 110% New Orleans/Bo Diddley groove.

This arrangement is just fun, pure and simple. The Bo Diddley groove is a feel/groove that all rhythm section players should learn how to play. Your guys will love this one!

INSTRUMENTATION:2 trumpets, 2 trombones, 2 saxes and rhythm

ADDITIONAL INSTRUMENTATION:Flute 1 & 2, Oboe, Clarinet 1 & 2, Violin 1 & 2, Viola, Cello and Bass
