Description

When the Roll Is Called Up Yonder! Southern Gospel/2 beat country – This is my ‘nod’ back to my early days living here in Nashville and working with Lari Goss. Think the brushes on snare ‘train’ sort of feel and you’ll get it. Works great with just piano, but drums, guitar and bass take it over the top. There’s a fun break down section in the middle that has a sort of big band soli feel that will help add a TON of excitement to this arrangement!

The 8 Core Orchestra Series is our most flexible series. These are full orchestra arrangements but they are built around 8 Core players plus piano/rhythm. SO WHATEVER size group you have, this series can work for you. And it will still meet your needs as you add new players.

The 8 core players are:

2 woodwinds, 2 trumpets, 1 horn, 2 trombones, 1 bass trombone or tuba

All of the melody parts are covered in these 8 core players’ parts. But these are full orchestra arrangements.

The complete orchestration is: 2 flutes, oboe, 2 clarinets, bassoon/bass clarinet, 3 trumpets, 2 horns, 2 trombones, 1 bass trombone/tuba, 2 violins, viola, cello, double bass, harp, percussion (2 players), timpani, piano, electric bass and 4 different string reduction parts.

For this particular arrangement there is a harp part that is optional. If you don’t have a harpist, you can just play it with a harp sample if you have to or on piano. BUT BUT BUT if you have a harp, this is a great opportunity to feature them!

This arrangement is available RIGHT NOW. When you order today, you’ll receive the PDFs of the parts for the full orchestra PLUS the Finale file immediately as a download. Order below!

This arrangement is written for full orchestra but here is a recording of JUST brass, woodwinds and rhythm section:
